Terms of Service

1 Description of Service

ZenFeed is an autonomous comment moderation platform for Facebook Pages. The Service connects to your Facebook Page via the official Meta Graph API and automatically detects, hides, or removes toxic, hateful, or spam comments according to thresholds you configure.

The Service is intended for businesses, organisations, content creators, and other professional operators of Facebook Pages. It is not intended for personal or private use.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

• check_circle You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
• check_circle You must have legitimate administrative access to the Facebook Page(s) you connect to ZenFeed.
• check_circle You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@zenfeed.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.
• check_circle One account may manage multiple Facebook Pages. Each Page counts independently toward your plan's monthly comment quota.

3 Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and exclusive of any applicable local taxes, which will be added at checkout if required by law.

  Automatic Renewal

  Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

  Overages

  On paid plans, comments processed beyond your monthly allowance are billed at the per-1,000 overage rate for your plan, charged at the end of the billing period. On the Free plan, overages require a prepaid top-up before additional comments are processed.

  Price Changes

  We will give you at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

  Refunds

  Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@zenfeed.eu.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• cancel Use the Service to suppress legitimate speech, discriminate against protected groups, or violate any applicable law.
• cancel Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary algorithms.
• cancel Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our prior written consent.
• cancel Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service in ways not permitted by our API documentation.
• cancel Connect Facebook Pages you do not own or are not authorised to manage.

5 Meta Platform Compliance

The Service operates through the official Meta Graph API and is subject to the Meta Platform Terms. By using ZenFeed, you confirm that:

• check_circle You hold the necessary rights and permissions to grant ZenFeed access to your Facebook Page data.
• check_circle Your use of the Service complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.
• check_circle You understand that ZenFeed's ability to provide the Service is dependent on Meta's API availability and that Meta may restrict or terminate API access at any time without notice to us.

6 Moderation Decisions & Accuracy

ZenFeed uses AI to classify comments. You acknowledge that:

• check_circle No AI system is 100% accurate. There will be occasional false positives (legitimate comments removed) and false negatives (toxic comments missed).
• check_circle You are solely responsible for the moderation policy applied to your Page, including the thresholds you configure.
• check_circle We are not liable for any consequences arising from automated moderation decisions, including removal of comments that you or a third party later consider to have been legitimate.

7 Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, algorithms, designs, and content comprising the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.

8 Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to security incidents. Where possible, we will give advance notice.

In the event of extended unplanned downtime (more than 48 hours in a calendar month), you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period by contacting hello@zenfeed.eu.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• check_circle The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• check_circle Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• check_circle We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate at any time:

• check_circle You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• check_circle We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued provision of the Service would violate applicable law.

Upon termination, we will revoke API access and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last Updated" date above. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the changes, you accept the revised Terms.
