Show a list of the Pages you manage

Why we need it: When you log in, this allows our dashboard to display a list of your Pages so you can select exactly which ones you want to connect to ZenFeed. We will only monitor the specific Pages you authorize.

Read user content on your Page

Why we need it: To accurately detect hate speech, our AI needs to read the incoming comments and the original post they belong to. Context is crucial — this read-only access helps the model understand the difference between a harmful attack and friendly sarcasm.

Read content (posts) published by your Page

Why we need it: To accurately assess a comment, our AI needs to read the post it was left on. A comment that looks aggressive in isolation may be a perfectly reasonable reaction to provocative content — and vice versa. This read-only access to your Page’s own posts gives the model the full picture it needs to make accurate, context-aware decisions.

Manage comments on your Page

Why we need it: This is the core engine of ZenFeed. It grants our system the ability to take action — hiding or deleting toxic comments the split-second they are detected, based strictly on the threshold you set in your dashboard.

Manage accounts, settings, and webhooks, and access content enforcement data for a Page

Why we need it: This sounds technical, but it simply allows us to set up a “webhook.” A webhook is a real-time alert system. Instead of checking your page manually every hour, Facebook instantly pings our server the millisecond a new comment appears, allowing ZenFeed to filter it before your audience even sees it.

Your data is safe. We use these permissions strictly for automated moderation, and you can revoke ZenFeed’s access at any time directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
