Remove vs. Hide — what's the difference?
Remove deletes the harmful comment permanently. The author sees no trace of it. This is the default action, available on all plans.
Hide makes the comment invisible to everyone except the author themselves — they still see their own comment and don't know it's hidden. This is a softer approach that avoids confrontation and reduces the chance of escalation.
The Hide option is available as an add-on on Starter and Pro plans at a +50% surcharge on the base subscription price. It is not available on the Free plan.

What counts as a comment? expand_more
Every comment posted under a post on a Facebook page you monitor counts — including replies to comments. Reactions (likes, emojis) are not counted.
When am I charged for overages? expand_more
On the Free plan, overages are prepaid — you top up your balance before additional comments are processed. On Starter and Pro, overages are billed at the end of each billing period.
Can I switch plans? expand_more
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Is the Hide option available on the Free plan? expand_more
No. The Hide option is only available on paid plans (Starter and Pro) as an add-on at +50% of the base plan price. The Free plan supports comment removal only.
