Remove vs. Hide — what's the difference?
Remove deletes the harmful comment permanently. The author sees no trace of it. This is the default action, available on all plans.
Hide makes the comment invisible to everyone except the author themselves — they still see their own comment and don't know it's hidden. This is a softer approach that avoids confrontation and reduces the chance of escalation.
When Hide is enabled, each assessed comment uses 1.5 credits against your monthly quota instead of 1.0 for Delete — your effective monthly capacity is reduced by one third. Turning on auto-comment (see below) halves both costs — 0.75 for Hide, 0.5 for Delete. Hide is available on Starter and Pro plans only.
Lower your credit usage

Turn this on for any page and ZenFeed automatically posts a short comment (linking to zenfeed.eu) under every new post — the text is editable per page. In exchange, every assessed comment on that page costs half the credits, so the same pack covers twice as many moderated comments. This is a slower burn rate, not a purchase discount — pack prices stay the same. Available on all plans.

What counts as a comment? expand_more
Every assessed comment costs credits from your quota — 1.0 for Delete, 1.5 for Hide (0.5 and 0.75 with auto-comment enabled). Replies to comments count, reactions (likes, emojis) don't. An image comment costs an extra 1 credit for image analysis (Starter and Pro).
When am I charged for overages? expand_more
On the Free plan, overages are prepaid — you top up your balance before additional comments are processed. On Starter and Pro, overages are billed at the end of each billing period.
Can I switch plans? expand_more
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Is the Hide option available on the Free plan? expand_more
No. Hide is only available on Starter and Pro. When Hide is enabled, each assessed comment counts as 1.5 credits against your monthly quota (vs. 1.0 for Delete), reducing your effective capacity by one third — 0.75 if you have auto-comment enabled. The Free plan supports comment removal only.
What are the pack sizes for additional comments? expand_more
Pack sizes vary by plan and are counted in credits, not comments. Free: top up in 1,000-credit packs (€5 each, prepaid). Starter: 2,000-credit packs (billed automatically at end of period). Pro: 10,000-credit packs. With auto-comment enabled, each credit covers twice as many assessed comments — the Free pack becomes 2,000 comments instead of 1,000.
How much does an image comment cost? expand_more
On top of the usual assessment cost (1.0 for Delete / 1.5 for Hide, halved with auto-comment enabled) we charge a flat 1 credit for image analysis — regardless of the chosen action or auto-comment. Image-comment moderation is available on Starter and Pro; on the Free plan such a comment isn't assessed.
