ZenFeed is a European, privacy-conscious autonomous moderation tool that helps people, communities and public-facing teams reduce exposure to toxic comments, online hate and harmful digital interactions.
It works in the background on public social media pages, detects harmful comments quickly and applies user-controlled moderation settings — so people do not have to absorb hostility manually every day.
We are open to EU-funded collaborations, research partnerships, pilots and consortium projects focused on online safety, cyberbullying, digital wellbeing, hate speech, democratic participation and mental health.
Toxic comments are not just a moderation problem.
They affect how people feel, speak, participate and show up online.
Public comment sections can expose creators, moderators, journalists, educators, health professionals, activists, young people and community members to harassment, hate speech, cyberbullying and hostile engagement.
Manual moderation is slow and emotionally exhausting. ZenFeed was created to reduce that burden and help make digital spaces safer without forcing people to constantly read harmful content.

A practical tool against online hate
What ZenFeed can bring to a consortium
ZenFeed can bring a working, AI-based online safety tool that is already in development and partly operational. Some functions are already working, while others are still being developed and can be adapted within a consortium project.
ZenFeed is not only a concept or awareness campaign. It is a practical response to a real problem: toxic comments, online hate, cyberbullying and the emotional burden created by hostile public comment sections.
