Frequently asked questions
How is the NGO programme different from the Free plan? expand_more
The Free plan is capped at 1,000 credits a month and doesn't include every feature (Hide and image-comment moderation are Starter/Pro only). The NGO programme gives you the full feature set for free plus a 10,000-credit monthly allowance. Like every plan, enabling ZenFeed's Facebook auto-comment also halves your credit usage.
How long does the application review take? expand_more
There's no automated approval β our team reviews every application manually and confirms eligibility. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
What is ZenFeed auto-comment, and do I have to turn it on? expand_more
It's an optional feature available on every plan, NGO included: turn it on in a page's Config settings and ZenFeed posts a short, editable comment linking to zenfeed.eu under every new post on that page. In exchange, every assessed comment on that page costs half the credits β it isn't a condition of joining the NGO programme, just an extra way to stretch your 10,000-credit allowance.
