Why we need it: This sounds technical, but it simply allows us to set up a “webhook.” A webhook is a real-time alert system. Instead of checking your page manually every hour, Facebook instantly pings our server the millisecond a new comment appears, allowing ZenFeed to filter it before your audience even sees it.
