Yes. A toxicity threshold slider (0–100%) lets you tune how aggressively ZenFeed acts, independently for each connected page. You can also define a custom keyword blacklist — entries in this list trigger an action immediately, bypassing AI analysis entirely.

Set your toxicity threshold so borderline comments stay visible publicly. ZenFeed streams all incoming comments to your Telegram channel in real time. For any comment not yet acted upon, a single 👎 reaction removes it instantly — giving you a human-in-the-loop safety net without having to log in to a dashboard.

What if ZenFeed makes a mistake and hides a legitimate comment?

Every hidden comment appears in your audit log with a toxicity score and the category that triggered the action (e.g. Profanity, Threat, Spam). Use the Restore button in the dashboard to make a comment publicly visible again with one click.

Where is my data stored?

All data is processed and stored exclusively on dedicated servers in Frankfurt, Germany (Hetzner). No data ever leaves the European Union.

Does ZenFeed share comments with third-party AI providers?

No. ZenFeed uses its own proprietary internal AI models. Comment text is never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any other third-party AI API. Your community's data stays inside our infrastructure, period.

Raw comment text is automatically deleted after 30 days. Only anonymised statistics — counts, toxicity category breakdowns, and time-saved estimates — are retained for your dashboard reporting. Custom retention periods are available on Enterprise plans.

Yes. Our Free plan covers 1,000 comments per month at no cost. Additional comments are available as prepaid top-ups at €5 per 1,000 (sold in 1,000-comment packs). Starter and Pro plans include higher monthly allowances and larger overage packs at a lower per-comment rate.

Yes. All plans are billed month-to-month with no commitment. Cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How are comments counted toward my monthly limit?

Accepted Answer

Every comment analysed by the AI counts toward your monthly quota. Comments matched by your custom keyword blacklist are handled before the AI runs and are not counted against your limit. If Hide is enabled, each assessed comment counts as 1.5 tokens (instead of 1.0 for Delete).

How does the ZenFeed mention credit work?

Accepted Answer

When a Facebook post on your page contains a positive or neutral mention of the ZenFeed brand, ZenFeed automatically detects it and credits your account with up to 1,000 free comment evaluations for that post. A plain name mention is enough — you don't need to include a link or the zenfeed.eu domain (and we know links can hurt a post's reach, so we don't require one). The credit is applied automatically — no manual steps required. NGO/Media plan holders receive unlimited free credits for qualifying posts.

Is ZenFeed really free for NGOs?

Yes. Verified non-profit organisations and independent media outlets can use ZenFeed at no cost, in exchange for a small "Powered by ZenFeed" credit displayed on their page. We believe peaceful public discourse is a human right, not a premium feature.

How do I apply? What counts as a verified NGO?

Accepted Answer

Send an email to ngo@zenfeed.eu with proof of your non-profit status — a KRS number, charity registration, or a link to your organisation's official page is sufficient. We review applications manually and aim to respond within 48 hours.

What notifications will I receive?

A daily digest — delivered by email or Telegram — summarises all moderation actions, toxicity category breakdowns, and an estimate of the time your team saved. No real-time alert spam.

What happens if there is a service outage?

ZenFeed runs on redundant infrastructure in Frankfurt. In the rare event of degraded service, incoming webhooks from Meta are queued and processed as soon as the service recovers — no comments are silently skipped or lost.

Does ZenFeed work even if Meta's API is slow?

Yes. ZenFeed acknowledges every webhook from Meta within the required 3-second window, then processes comments asynchronously. This means the platform stays responsive even during API latency spikes on Meta's side.
