What happens next
Observation — up to 7 days
nothing is deletedZenFeed reads every new comment and scores its toxicity, but takes no action on it. It's learning what the conversation under your posts actually looks like. Ends earlier if it collects 500 comments.
Report
You get an email and a report in the dashboard: average toxicity, a simulation of "what would happen at threshold 60/70/80/85/90", sample comments, an estimated monthly volume, and a recommended threshold and plan.
Your call
You pick a sensitivity threshold and an action (hide / delete). Moderation stays paused until then. If you don't decide right away, nothing happens — ZenFeed just waits.
Protection is live
From the first comment after approval: scored and acted on in about 3 seconds. Every action is logged in your Moderation dashboard, and can be undone.
What ZenFeed won't do on its own
Won't hide or delete a single comment on its own until you approve the report.
Won't touch your existing comments — it only observes new ones, from the moment you connect.
Won't post anything in your name.
Won't act in secret — every decision is logged in your dashboard, and every one can be undone.
You stay in control. You can of course hide or delete any comment yourself from the dashboard at any time — but that's your call, not ours.
Questions about the first days
Do I need to do anything during the observation period? expand_more
No. ZenFeed collects the data on its own. You can check live stats in the dashboard, but nothing requires a reaction from you until the report is ready.
What happens if I don't respond to the report? expand_more
Nothing bad — moderation just stays paused. We'll send one reminder email after 3 days.
Can I manually delete a comment during observation? expand_more
Yes — manual actions in the dashboard (hide, delete, blocklist) are always available and take effect immediately. The observation period only applies to automated AI decisions.
